Uncertainty Reduction
 

In order to make the inventories comparable and transparent, IPCC methodologies have been used. Since uncertainties are very high in budget estimates if emission factors not representing the actual conditions are used, an attempt has been made in this project to develop India specific emission coefficients for some key sources. Seventeen institutes are conducting these measurements.
